REGISTERING YOUR WRISTBAND
This wristband serves as your ticket to enter the festival and your digital wallet to make purchases for food, drink, and merchandise at the event – all with a simple tap of your wristband! By using your cashless wristband, there’s no need to bring large amounts of cash or risk losing your wallet and credit cards. Cashless is a fast, convenient, and secure way to make purchases.
You can load your account online before the festival or during the event at the Top-up Station located inside of the festival grounds.
Register your wristbands and set up your cashless payments by scanning QR Code. Once you arrive at the registration page, follow the simple instructions.
HANDLING YOUR WRISTBAND
DO NOT PUT ON YOUR WRISTBAND UNTIL THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL!
YOUR WRISTBAND WILL NOT COME OFF ONCE TIGHTENED!
Lost, stolen or misplaced wristbands WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
Cut or damaged wristbands will be considered void, and you will have to repurchase your wristbands if it is tampered with in any way.
DO NOT over-tighten wristband: the closure slides one way and CANNOT BE LOOSENED once the wristband is fitted to your wrist.
